Our son let a property from RA Flatt and during his lease there the letting agent was so accommodating and professional. He has since left but the staff at RA Flatts went above and beyond that one would have expected when a parcel arrived, and our son was no longer the tenant, they ensured it was relabelled (twice) as Hermes let us down, then they prepared it for collection with UPS. They were so courteous, and helpful we can’t thank them enough. It’s rare in today to find a company going out of their way to assist.Thank you RA Flatt and your fantastic employees.
